Come along and enjoy a night of salsa, with an experienced Colombian dance instructor. Learn to dance salsa and other Latino dances.We invite you to join us, every class, to move those bodies and share the passion for Latin dancing. You will gain general insight of the rhythms, and let’s see what we can create. Zumba is a very fun way to get fit, lose pounds, get rid of your daily stress, to be only you in a room for an hour dancing, screaming and having fun. To forget about work, children, husband, (wife), and everything else. You don't have to have rhythm or be a good dancer. Just come and have fun! Every age, gender, nationality, shape are welcome in a Zumba class. Just bring comfy clothes, water, a smile and all your energy.
